No Single-Use Plastic

Nowadays, single-use plastic has become a part of our lifestyle. Plastic bags, straws, coffee stirrers, soda and water bottles and most food packaging are single use plastic. Single-use plastic items make our life convenient, they are used only once before they are thrown away or recycled. I always thought plastic problems had nothing to do with me as long as I put in the recycling until I learned that most of our plastic ends up in landfills, our oceans and waterways and the environment. I like to let people know that plastic is not inexpensive; the price of using plastic is immeasurable. The goal of this project is for food consumers to reduce single plastic use including plastic trash produced by take-out eating habits, and food delivery and encourage people to make their own solution regarding reducing plastic usage in an effort to make a healthy environment for both humans and animals by understanding the current plastic issue in the ocean.

“The Easiest Way to Destroy the Earth” is a vector animation video. I hope this will inspire people to curb plastic use!
